Mary Ellen Jasper

At over 2 billion years old, this subvariety of Jasper is a beautiful red, pink to green material containing red, green to white swirls of Precambrian fossil algae also known as Stromatolites. This primitive species is often credited with providing our oxygen-rich environment we enjoy today. Its name comes from the Mary Ellen Mine on the Mesabi Iron Range in northern Minnesota where it was first discovered.

Mary Ellen Jasper helps to persistently connect to the very essence of life while remaining resilient and versatile.  It brings luck, courage, organizational skills, and an ability to take action when manifesting thoughts.
